Five out of five! Dean and Amber are true professionals. I have known and used Dean for 10 years as a real estate professional. Never once have I thought they did not know what they were doing. Inspectors are in such a tough position because they are expected to find everything, yet they cannot see everything. Inspectors don’t have X-ray vision and can’t disassemble a house. I’ve always been very satisfied with their thoroughness and expertise. I would, and do, recommend them over many other inspectors I know.

Dean has inspected homes for quite a few of my clients. I have found him to be very thorough in both his inspection and reporting. I have read the reviews posted here and have a hard time believing that they are talking about the same person. All inspectors will report their findings bit can not guarantee every item, as they do not have x-ray vision to find certain hidden defects, and can not deconstruct a home to find such things.
